Summary
The Knights of Columbus is a tax-exempt Catholic fraternal benefit society that provides financial security through insurance, investment, and annuity products. The Data Analyst maintains and processes policies paid by Government Allotment and Discounted Premiums, manages billing-related changes and refunds, and responds to customer and agent inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and processes all policies paid by Government Allotment and Discounted Premiums
- Processes all combine bills, payer, pay mode changes and necessary refunds as directed
- Researches and responds to inquiries from customers and agents regarding any billings concerns or problems
