Summary
Knights of Columbus is a purpose-driven fraternal benefit society providing financial security products and supporting charitable causes. The Strategic Management Intern will support enterprise-wide strategic planning initiatives, including development of the 2027 Strategic Plan, analysis of departmental plans, and collaboration with leaders across business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of the Knights of Columbus 2027 Stragetic Plan
- Assist with collecting and consolidating strategic plans from departments across the organization
- Format, Analyze, and evaluate department-level strategic plans against organizational goals and the Big 6 strategic priorities
- Help ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives
- Prepare reports and other materials to support strategic planning efforts
- Collaborate with leaders across multiple business functions
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independenty in a remote environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday
- Students pursuing an MBA or a high-performing undergraduate majoring in Business, Strategic Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
