Job description
Summary
LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to create and maintain technical solutions for challenging business problems. The role involves collaborating with teams to design, develop, and deploy applications while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, solution architects, and peers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technical solutions
- Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Assist team members in implementation of technical solutions and troubleshooting of technical issues
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Front-end development experience with modern frameworks: Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery, or similar)
- Back-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM's (JPA, EFCore or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar)
- Proficiency in analysis and problem-solving
- Experience w/ relational database management systems such as Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL), and/or SQL Server Agile software development and CI/CD experience
- Working knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture and database automation (eg Liquibase, EF Core Management or similar)
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate oral/written communication skills
