Summary
LTX is building open-world AI models that help systems understand, simulate, and generate the world around us. The Technical Partnerships Manager will own and grow distribution partnerships, coordinate launches and API releases, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand technical partnerships across hardware, compute, inference, and physical AI.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow LTX's distribution partnerships end to end — outreach, evaluation, negotiation, launch, and ongoing relationship management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for key partners, managing ongoing engagements while building the strategic roadmap
- Coordinate API releases and partner-facing communications
- Work closely with product, R&D, legal, finance, and marketing in cross-functional working groups to structure, close, operationalize, and expand agreements
- Support co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners
- Map the ecosystem and identify new partners, joint launches, or marketing opportunities
- Over time, expand your scope into additional technical partnership areas — including hardware, compute and inference, and physical AI — as your depth grows
Skills
- • 2-4 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, sales engineering, or startup environments — flexible if you're a sharp generalist or career-switcher with strong demonstrated ability
- • Bachelor's degree required
- • Sharp commercial and strategic instincts — you quickly grasp what others care about and find the win-win
- • A fast, self-directed learner who gets comfortable with technical subjects (AI models, GPU/compute infrastructure, hardware) without needing a formal technical background
- • Clear, credible communicator in writing and in person — you can represent LTX to external partners and distill things sharply for internal stakeholders
- • Highly organized, able to run several relationships and workstreams in parallel without dropping the details
- • Comfortable operating inside a cross-functional working group, coordinating with product, R&D, legal, finance, and marketing for exceptional execution
- • Sound judgment and low ego — you know when to decide, when to escalate, and when to ask
- • Genuinely curious personality, comfortable with ambiguity and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
