Operations Implementation Coach

Summary

Lion Chaser Development Group provides implementation and support services for restaurant operations software. The Operations Implementation Coach manages the implementation of operations modules within Restaurant365, trains client teams, ensures deadlines are met, and provides ongoing support while optimizing implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Embody our core values in all that you do
• Manage the implementation of operation modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients
• Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices
• Ensure adherence to necessary deadlines throughout the implementation process
• Communicate status updates and address any issues promptly and effectively to clients, Lion Chaser Development Group, and Restaurant 365
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition to and utilize the software
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and enhance client experiences

Skills

• Proven experience in implementing operations software solutions, preferably Restaurant365
• Strong understanding of restaurant operation principles & standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Prior restaurant experience and knowledge is preferred
• Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
