Job description

Summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is a creditors’ rights law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Texas Litigation team. The role provides legal representation in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related matters while managing case workflows, drafting legal documents, attending court proceedings, and delivering client-focused services.

Responsibilities

  • Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
  • Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice

Skills

  • **Licensed in Texas** (required)
  • Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
  • Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure
  • **Travel:** Court-related travel may be required
