Job description

Summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP is a creditors’ rights law firm focused on innovative legal services across default servicing, real estate, and related practice areas. The Associate Attorney provides legal representation in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, litigation, and related matters while drafting legal documents, attending hearings, overseeing support staff, and delivering client-focused services.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice

Skills

  • Licensed in Ohio (required)
  • 2-5+ years (all qualified applicants considered)
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
  • Local court-related travel required
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods
  • Ability to remain focused for extended periods
  • Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Multi-state licensure - (Indiana/Kentucky preferred)
  • Licensure to practice in Bankruptcy court
  • Litigation, bankruptcy or collections experience
