How You’ll Stand Out
  • Demonstrated interest in strategy, business analysis, technology, organizational change, utilities, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn LCRA systems and applications.
  • Coursework in strategy, economics, public policy, engineering, analytics, or management.
  • Experience with research, structured problem-solving, or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, utility operations, or organizational change management.
