Summary
Lumivero is a company that builds software to help researchers and organizations transform data into insights. They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to solve infrastructure challenges, automate processes, and ensure the reliability of their cloud platforms while collaborating with various teams to enhance software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes environments using kOps and Helm
- Administer AWS infrastructure and supporting cloud services
- Support Azure environments and related services
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Pipelines as Code solutions
- Automate deployments, Docker image creation, and infrastructure provisioning
- Design and maintain scalable environments that support our growing SaaS platform
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support production incidents
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational excellence
- Continuously improve platform automation, security, and operational efficiency
- Able to participate in On-call rotations
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar infrastructure role
- Experience managing Docker containers and Kubernetes environments
- Strong Linux administration experience
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Pipelines as Code
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Professional working proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher). Candidates should be comfortable participating in technical discussions, collaborating in meetings, and reading and writing technical documentation
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and continuous learning mindset
