Job description
Summary
Luxoft is seeking an experienced Claims Tester to support healthcare claims quality assurance. The role performs functional and end-to-end testing of CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing, validates software releases and system changes, manages defects, and collaborates with business, development, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional and end-to-end testing of CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases
- Validate claims processing functionality across software releases and system changes
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to validate requirements and expected results
- Ensure testing aligns with healthcare claims workflows and business rules
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing, combined with solid functional and end-to-end testing skills
- Good understanding of CareFirstBridge/FEP software releases, healthcare claims workflows, business rules, test case development, execution, defect identification, and validation
- Experience with broader healthcare payer systems, claims lifecycle processes, regression and integration testing, defect management tools, and working within Agile delivery environments
- Mandatory Skills: CareFirstBridge FEP Claims Processing Healthcare Claims Testing Functional Testing Software Release Testing Healthcare Domain
- Experience in Agile methodology and framework
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Strong hands-on experience with CareFirstBridge and FEP claims processing, combined with solid functional and end-to-end testing skills
- Good understanding of CareFirstBridge/FEP software releases, healthcare claims workflows, business rules, test case development, execution, defect identification, and validation
- Experience with broader healthcare payer systems, claims lifecycle processes, regression and integration testing, defect management tools, and working within Agile delivery environments
