Job description
Summary
Manufacturing company is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Database Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will optimize AION systems and ensure data accuracy while managing complex SQL tables.
Responsibilities
- Performing thorough data cleanup activities within existing AION applications to ensure system integrity
- Creating, managing, and optimizing SQL tables and indexes for peak performance
- Populating database tables with accurate, verified data sets
- Writing and maintaining efficient code to read from and interact with database tables
- Supporting general data quality improvements and structural enhancements across the database environment
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of SQL (table creation, indexing, and data manipulation)
- Completion of programming college courses or equivalent technical training and knowledge of SQL
