Job description
Summary
MCD Global Health is a recognized leader in public health program development, implementation, and evaluation, working both in the United States and internationally. This role supports a multi-year initiative focused on strengthening rural healthcare systems in Maine through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) modernization, providing administrative and project coordination support to the EMR Modernization leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings
- Prepare agendas
- Maintain project schedules
- Track action items
- Support communications
- Organize documentation
- Coordinate training events
- Manage calendars
- Assist reporting
- Support project logistics
Skills
- 2–4 years of project coordination
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or large initiatives preferred
