Job description

Summary

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) that provides Phase I-IV clinical development services. They are seeking a full-time SDET to join their IT team, responsible for creating and maintaining test automation code, promoting best practices, and ensuring software solutions are implemented correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Create new and maintain existing test automation code with a high degree of quality
  • Promote best practices in code health, testability, and maintainability
  • Work with members of the development and validation teams to determine the best areas of the application to automate
  • Implement automation regression suites
  • Perform exploratory testing when needed
  • Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience in automation testing and/or software development
  • Experience with black and white box testing
  • Experience with automation platforms like Selenium or Cypress
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience in testing web applications and APIs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
