Job description
Summary
Meduvi is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business and IT stakeholders on software product enhancements and AI automation use cases. The role involves translating business needs into requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, analyzing issues, facilitating workshops, and supporting successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, define, and present business requirements
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria and coordinate UAT
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions
- Maintain project documentation, requirements, test cases, timelines, workflows, and decision logs
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and project status meetings
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Skills
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably supporting software, data or AI initiatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and executive audiences
- Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), requirements gathering, workshops, UAT, and cross-functional collaboration is required
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, startup-like environment
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL queries is required
- Experience with creating work efficiencies using AI is required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
