Implementation Consultant - B2B SaaS

Summary

Momentus Technologies provides event and venue management SaaS software to customers worldwide. The Implementation Consultant manages CRM and ERP software implementations, documents client requirements, supports project delivery, and trains stakeholders and end users while partnering with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure a smooth delivery through our Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients through the implementation process
• Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants and Technical Services resources
• Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end user training
• Basic project management tasks including the following: creation of onsite agendas, project task list follow up, escalation of issues to Project Manager & Leadership in order to keep the project within defined scope and timeline

Skills

• 1+ Years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation
• 2+ Years of experience as an Implementation Consultant acting as a billable resource with a utilization target
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in the English language
• Ability and availability for travel (up to 40%) to customer sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the customer
• This is a U.S.-based remote role. However, due to regulatory requirements, we are only able to consider candidates who reside in U.S. states that do not currently mandate salary disclosure in job postings

• Self-motivated and perform independently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates clearly, delivering highly complex information in a polished, precise and compelling manner

• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software a plus
• Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience preferred but not required
