  • Support NDA, Expression of Interest (EOI), due diligence questionnaire (DDQ), data room, and institutional diligence workflows
  • Maintain organized records of outstanding prospect requests, internal owners, deadlines, and next actions
  • Help ensure every active opportunity has a clear next step, owner, and timeline
  • Coordinate the handoff from a successful sale into account opening and onboarding
  • Guide institutional prospects through required KYC/KYB, account-opening, funding, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate with Relationship Management, Operations, Compliance, Accounting, and other internal teams to move clients through onboarding efficiently
  • Track onboarding status and outstanding requirements, follow up on documentation, and help resolve operational blockers
  • Coordinate test transfers, funding preparation, portal access, and other onboarding activities as required
  • Ensure Salesforce accurately reflects onboarding status and completion and maintain a consistent onboarding checklist and process
  • Support the transition of successfully onboarded clients to the appropriate long-term relationship or account management team
  • Produce regular reporting on outbound activity, new leads, meetings, opportunities, onboarding progress, and pipeline
  • Track conversion through each stage of the Strategic Relationships funnel and identify bottlenecks
