Summary
Morley operates domestic and international meetings and events for major industry clients. The Production Manager will coordinate production planning and execution, manage project timelines, budgets, materials, crew logistics, and on-site operations, and ensure successful delivery of live events to clients.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and produce meetings
- Record and distribute project discovery notes
- Pre-production – plan and track production deliverables
- Manage and communicate production objectives
- Create, manage and distribute the production timeline to keep the team on track
- Track, review, maintain and reconcile the production budget
- Forecast and administer production accounts payable
- Inventory program content and assets
- Manage pre-production and on-site materials and media
- Coordinate and distribute production direction and info on site
- Create and manage production schedules
- Manage crew logistics, travel and expenses
- Track and distribute the production run-of-show
- Handle on-site administration, venue logistics and production management for production staff and crew
- Ultimately, successfully deliver the production to the client

- Practical experience in stage management and/or basic audio/visual operational skills
- Working relationships/partnerships with vendors and contractors in the event production industry
- CAPM and/or PMP certification
