Summary

Mullen Coughlin LLC is a fast-growing law firm specializing in data privacy and cybersecurity. They are seeking an Associate Attorney to provide legal counsel in a collaborative environment, focusing on incident response and regulatory investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel to organizations investigating and responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents
  • Collect information needed to understand the issue and scope of each situation
  • Engage and direct experts needed to appropriately investigate and respond to the event
  • Communicate to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and other third-parties as needed while advising clients throughout the investigation
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide crisis management support to clients
