Summary
No Sweat Services is seeking a Guest Logistics & Travel Coordinator to support travel operations for private and corporate clients. The role coordinates travel bookings, supplier communications, guest itineraries, client support, and operational record-keeping in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Logistics & Booking Intake: Process guest travel requests, entering trip specifications into internal management software with high precision across hotel, cruise, and excursion arrangements
- Supplier & Vendor Outreach: Connect with hotel partners, tour operators, and transport providers to verify availability, finalize booking details, and manage special requests
- Itinerary Design: Build clean, user-friendly digital itineraries and trip schedules for client delivery
- Responsive Client Support: Assist clients via phone and messaging platforms with itinerary modifications, schedule updates, and travel inquiries
- Data & File Maintenance: Keep client records up to date, archive booking receipts, and assist with basic operational record-keeping
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer skills, including comfort with email platforms, web search tools, data entry, and standard office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, helpful tone
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace
- Prior customer service, administrative support, retail, or hospitality experience
- Ability to stay organized and manage daily tasks in a remote work environment
