Summary
Nodveta is a blockchain infrastructure company building dependable transaction execution, real-time blockchain data, monitoring, and developer tooling for production onchain applications. They are seeking a Developer Support Engineer to help developers integrate Nodveta APIs, diagnose integration issues, and improve documentation based on real customer questions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to developer integration and API questions
- Reproduce issues and route bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Maintain FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting documentation
- Collect feedback for product and developer experience improvements
Skills
- Experience supporting developers or technical customers
- Clear written communication and debugging skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs and basic blockchain concepts
- Experience with webhook or RPC troubleshooting
- Background in developer relations or technical writing
