Summary
Norstella is a global life sciences data and AI solutions provider that helps pharmaceutical and biotech companies improve access to life-saving therapies and make strategic, clinical, and commercial decisions. The Analyst will support life sciences consulting projects and business development through market research, data analysis, strategy assessment, commercial insights, presentation development, and organized workstream management.
Responsibilities
- Market research (primary and secondary research): Conduct high-quality primary and secondary research to inform client deliverables and project direction
- Data analysis: Perform accurate, structured data analysis and summarize key insihts for team review
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally and respectfully
- Strategy assessment and commercial insights: Contribute to strategic assessments by identifying themes, synthesizing research, and informing commercial insights
- Report and presentation development
- Develop clear, well-organized slides and materials that contribute to client-ready presentations
- Support workstreams through organized task management, proactive communication, and strong attention to detail
- Manage tasks efficiently, deliver on time, and proactively flag risks or dependencies
- And other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with a Life Sciences focus from a top-tier university
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting or related fields within the Life Sciences industry
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Superior skills in using MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
