Summary
Nyla Technology Solutions delivers exceptional Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Software Engineering services for the U.S. Government. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will provide general data analysis, research, and documentation support across various modeling and analysis efforts while working under the supervision of senior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Provide general data analysis, research, and documentation support across a variety of modeling and analysis efforts
- Work as part of a team under the supervision of senior analysts to support all aspects of analysis
Skills
- ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
- 1+ years of experience in statistics, operations research, or advanced mathematics
- Experience with R or Python
- Experience using scientific methods to inform qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Experience with optimization, modeling and simulation, prediction, estimation, decision analysis, or engineering management
- Experience analyzing large-scale datasets
- Experience with data gathering, cleansing, and parsing
- Experience developing and applying optimization and simulation models
- Ability to work in Windows and Linux OS environments
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science
