Business Data Associate

Summary

Octus is a global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics. The Business Data Associate will support data operations, customer success, and internal product development by maintaining data quality, analyzing information, supporting clients, demonstrating products, and contributing to onboarding and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Entering data, interpreting data and analyzing results
• Developing and using data collection systems that optimize efficiency
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources and maintaining databases
• Analyzing data to improve customer experience
• Providing real-time customer support and feedback
• Holding product demonstrations for new customers and developing user guides
• Contributing to client onboarding and implementations to better understand client processes and build rapport with client stakeholders
• Developing and monitoring project metrics
