Job description
Summary
Olentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a Network Specialist I position available with the Technology Department. This role involves the installation and maintenance of the district’s technology, including hardware setup, software support, and major network administration to support instructional and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide for the installation and maintenance of the district’s technology, including setting up and maintaining hardware, installing and supporting software, diagnosing and correcting PC problems, and providing major network administration in all buildings
- Collaborate with staff to ensure the seamless operation, integration, and troubleshooting of these systems to support instructional and operational goals
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Hold or be eligible to hold a valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce
- Alternative to the above qualifications as Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate
