Summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is a company known for its growth and stability, and they are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for developing and implementing B2B marketing programs, ensuring timely execution, and leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing programs and promotions that meet and/or exceed company goals
- Monitor active B2B campaign and promotion timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Ensure marketing agreements and promotional details are properly documented and uploaded into required systems
- Review campaign and promotion performance results, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve future campaign planning and execution
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders regarding status updates, changes, and performance insights
Skills
- Marketing degree and/or experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
- Strategic thinker
- Experience with and knowledge of the following software: Excel, Access, and Word
- Experience in data entry and 10-key
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Must present a professional company image and positive attitude and be comfortable in a TEAM oriented environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work with multiple departments effectively
- Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs
- Previous experience working in an auto repair shop
- Previous experience working in a retail store
- Significant experience developing and executing successful B2B marketing programs and promotions in the auto aftermarket
