Summary

Paradigm Communications Group, the Seattle-based publisher of Alaska Airlines Magazine and Horizon Edition Magazine, is seeking editorial interns. Interns will acquire professional experience, work closely with editors, and learn about all phases of magazine publishing while writing articles for in-flight magazines.

  • Enjoy conducting in-depth research about a wide variety of subjects
  • Exhibit interest in learning about the magazine industry
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Able to take direction
  • Gain valuable self-editing and rewriting skills, enabling them to produce content that meets the needs of editors and readers
  • Writing or editing experience in newspapers or magazines is an asset, although any writing experience, including coursework, will be considered
