Summary
Paragon Legal provides flexible legal talent to support in-house legal departments. The company is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to support a CLM migration from LinkSquares to ContractPod AI and ongoing contracting needs across multiple operating companies, including reviewing and negotiating NDAs.
Responsibilities
- Support a significant CLM migration and ongoing contracting needs across multiple operating companies
- Supporting the organization’s migration from LinkSquares to ContractPod AI
- Reviewing and negotiating NDAs across multiple businesses
Skills
- Prior hands-on experience supporting a CLM migration or implementation
- This project starts ASAP, is ongoing, is fully remote, and requires 40 hours/week
- Experience with ContractPod AI
- Prior biotech, life sciences, or similar industry experience
