• Achieve 80% completion rate for programs managed
• Achieve an avg rating of 9.0+ out of 10 on the sessions facilitated

Skills

• Completed a Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or management/ strategy consulting
• Experience with video conferencing software like Zoom
• Personal access to reliable technology and a stable wifi connection
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project/program management
• Strong team-building skills
• Attention to detail: Detail-oriented and organized
• Proactivity: Able to work independently and be a self-starter who takes initiative
• Flexibility/adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions and copes effectively with complexity and change
• Enthusiasm: Exhibits passion and excitement over work and has a can-do attitude
• MBA completed or in the course is a plus
