Summary
Parloa is an enterprise conversational AI company focused on making customer conversations effortless through agentic AI. The Readiness & Operations Coordinator serves as the operational engine behind GTM Enablement, coordinating programs, maintaining enablement systems and records, and preparing reporting for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for global enablement programs, including onboarding cohorts, bootcamps, and certifications
- Maintain the global enablement calendar and ensure program owners have accurate timelines, materials, and attendee details
- Support day-to-day administration across Parloa’s GTM Enablement tools, including Highspot, Gong, LMS, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Parloa Value Studio
- Keep enablement platforms, content, permissions, rosters, attendance, and certification records accurate and up to date
- Prepare recurring reports on program completion, attendance, usage, and adoption for GTM Enablement leadership
- Triage incoming enablement requests, route them to the right owners, and help keep routine field requests moving
- Support logistics for GKO and other large-scale enablement events, including attendee tracking, vendor coordination, materials, and run-of-show prep
Skills
- 1 to 3 years in an operations, coordinator, program support, or administrative role. Enablement or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Strong organizational instincts and genuine comfort managing many small moving pieces at once
- Confidence with calendar tools and spreadsheets, and a track record of picking up new SaaS platforms quickly
- Clear written communication and the ability to coordinate across US and European time zones
- Sound judgment about what to handle yourself and what to escalate
