FIU Cases Analyst II

Summary

Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. The FIU Cases Analyst II is responsible for analyzing and investigating customer and transactional activity to identify suspicious activity and filing required reports with regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity
• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience
• Attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams & priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self Sufficient and well organized
