The Field Sales Management Associate will own a customer-facing business unit, lead and develop frontline sales teams, execute sales and merchandising strategies, use data and technology to drive insights, and engage customers within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Own a customer-facing business unit with a measurable impact on sales performance
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence frontline teams
- Lead sales meetings with leaders, peers, and direct reports to achieve business objectives
- Use PepsiCo’s fact-based selling techniques and deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct 'work-withs' and coaching sessions to build team capabilities
- Activate local and national promotions to maximize brand performance
- Leverage sales technology and data analytics to drive business insights
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required
- Travel within your assigned territory to engage customers and team members
- Support execution of merchandising plans, promotions, and new product launches

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and customer-facing sales experience through academics, part-time jobs, internships, or involvement in campus organizations
- Motivation to work in a physical, active, customer-facing environment
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Flexibility for relocation
- Willingness to travel within a defined local territory
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Management, Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Professional Selling, or similar fields
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Be completing their final year of undergraduate studies and hold a Bachelor's degree prior to the intended full-time start date
- Have a valid, unrestricted U.S. state-issued driver's license at least three months prior to the start date and access to reliable transportation
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have the physical ability to lift 25–45 pounds as needed during daily execution
- Spanish language skills a plus
