Summary
Perfict is seeking an Epic Business Analyst for a long-term contract position. The main responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for various EPIC modules, and engaging with stakeholders to analyze business processes.
Responsibilities
- Must have UAT experience with experience creating test cases/scripts from scratch
- MUST HAVE experience doing UAT for one of these EPIC modules (the more experience with other EPIC modules the better): Tapestry, Resolute, Cadence, MyChart
- Experience reporting/document defects
- Any healthcare experience related to:
- Member benefits knowledge
- Understanding how benefits apply to services
- Cost estimation experience
- Claims adjudication experience
- Benefits configuration experience
- Must have requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong Stakeholder engagement/management experience
- Solution design participation experience
- Experience analyzing current-state business processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Highschool/GED with 4 years of direct experience required
- Must have UAT experience with experience creating test cases/scripts from scratch
- MUST HAVE experience doing UAT for one of these EPIC modules (the more experience with other EPIC modules the better): Tapestry, Resolute, Cadence, MyChart
- Jira
- Experience reporting/document defects
