Perma-Seal is looking for a motivated, curious IT Intern to support our technology and systems needs. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on IT experience, can learn how to communicate with multiple different levels of the organization, who enjoys solving problems, and is interested in learning how technology supports a growing business.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and technical issues

• Support employees with day-to-day IT questions and technology needs

• Assist with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

• Help document technical processes, systems, and solutions

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and help communicate technical concepts to non-technical employees

• Assist with user setup, access, equipment, and other IT support tasks

• Help identify and resolve common technology issues

• Support cybersecurity and basic IT security initiatives

• Work with the IT team on projects, system improvements, and process documentation

• Collaborate with employees across multiple departments to understand and solve technology needs

• Learn and assist with additional IT responsibilities as skills and experience develop

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related program

• Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong interest in developing a career in IT

• Interest or experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Able to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical people

• Organized and comfortable documenting processes and solutions

• Curious, dependable, and eager to learn

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

• Interest in cybersecurity and technology best practices

• An individual to be scheduled up to 30hrs a week while mirroring your manager's schedule in the beginning of your first two months and then have it be re-adjusted to have full coverage around the office. Our business hours are from 8am - 6pm Monday through Friday on-site and some Saturdays based on seasonal business needs.

Pay range is $17.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour commensurate per experience and education
