Summary
Pillar4 Media is seeking a Product Analyst to join its fast-growing team. The role involves collaborating with product managers to enhance on-page yield through UX and product testing, driving revenue growth, and analyzing user behavior across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to align product roadmap initiatives with Paid Media strategy, driving improved results
- Build, execute, and analyze digital experiments (A/B tests on our websites) in alignment with product roadmaps
- Be or become familiar with HTML, CSS, & JavaScript to execute front-end changes for testing
- Drive revenue growth by efficiently updating paid media pages with product changes and successful test implementations
- Analyze customer pathing, page interactions, and user behavior across multiple sites and multiple channels, deriving user insights and hypotheses
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions and ideas to iterate on existing UX
- Pull test performance reads using SQL
- Discuss A/B test results and key metrics (click through rate, conversion rate, revenue per visit) internally with the Product team and with other teams at Pillar4
- Utilize site usage metrics and tracking to continuously monitor user behavior and improve product and UX decisions
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical discipline, with academic and/or 1-2 years of practical experience in fields such as computer science, data science, business, statistics, or product management
- Experience in SQL, applying data insights to business decisions
- Comfort measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of data
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and scalable solutions
- Desire for a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with competing priorities and deadlines
- Competitive drive and a hunger to learn
- Openness to feedback and collaboration: You'll be working closely with folks across different teams, so you'll need to be open to the process and accept feedback and critique
