Summary
point.me is a company focused on simplifying the loyalty points experience and helping customers book flights with points. The Product Designer will join the consumer product team to own end-to-end design work, optimize the consumer funnel, partner on new product initiatives, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Responsibilities

- Partner on larger net-new initiatives with our senior designer and carry them through detailed design to engineering handoff
- Translate product requirements, analytics, and member feedback into clear, testable design solutions
- Prototype and pressure-test concepts quickly, using AI to help you get to a real answer faster
- Produce production-ready designs, prototypes, and specs, and stay close to engineering through implementation and QA
- Contribute to and help maintain our design system as our surface area grows
- Support user research and usability testing and turn what we learn into design changes
- Dig into session recordings, user feedback, and funnel analytics to spot friction and propose improvements without waiting to be asked
