Summary
PointOne is reinventing how law firms operate by building infrastructure for the legal industry. The role involves developing AI products and working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows
- Work directly with customers (you’ll be visiting their offices with us) to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions
- Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows
- Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture
Skills
- Significant internship experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies
- A CS degree from a top university
- Strong product sense
- High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
- You are excited to work in-person, talk to customers, and build products that professionals rely on every day
- We are currently only considering candidates that will have graduated by January 2026
