Job description

Summary

Precision AQ is a leader in health economics and outcomes research, seeking a Project Manager for their Evidence Synthesis & Decision Modelling team. The role involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with scientific leaders and clients to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end project management
  • Planning, resourcing, timeline development, progress tracking, risk management, and delivery oversight across individual projects and portfolios of work (particularly JCA program's)
  • Support or lead project management discussions
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and reports
  • Ensure clear communication of status, risks, dependencies, and actions
  • Monitoring scope changes and managing change order processes
  • Documenting impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal workflows
  • Facilitate alignment across disciplines
  • Documenting decisions and actions
  • Supporting monitoring and evaluation of agreed processes and milestones
  • Coordination of both internal/external review cycle timelines and collating feedback from various external reviewers
  • Ensuring on‑time delivery
  • Supporting financial and scope tracking
  • Escalating risks or resourcing issues early to project leadership
  • Maintain an organized repository of deliverables
  • Support strategic portfolio oversight and prioritization
  • Develop and maintain standardized project management tools and templates
  • Facilitating cross-project knowledge sharing and lessons learned
  • Leverage project management tools and data to generate insights
  • Support proposal development and study start‑up activities, including timeline development

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within consulting, life sciences, HEOR, market access, or related environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working in a client‑facing role, supporting or leading project management communications
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tracking tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team
  • Experience supporting HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economics, modelling, or market access projects
  • Familiarity with JCA submissions, HTA processes, or global evidence strategy programs
  • Experience coordinating work delivered by statisticians, health economists, and systematic review teams
  • Awareness of project financials, resourcing constraints, and scope management
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Qualifications

Must Haves
