Job description

Summary

Precision AQ helps healthcare innovations reach patients by supporting treatment launches, scientific communication, and complex healthcare challenges. The Project Manager will support client programs and projects from planning through delivery, coordinating account, creative, editorial, and production teams while managing timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop project plans, timelines, and workflows while partnering closely with account teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, budgets, and deliverables
  • You will facilitate internal meetings, manage project status communications, and oversee workflow processes from kickoff through final delivery
  • Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and help keep projects on track

  • Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
  • Advertising agency experience
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients
  • Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes
  • Experience working within cross-functional client service environments
