Job description
Summary
Presidio is a technology solutions company focused on digital transformation, AI, automation, security, networking, and cloud computing. The Intern, Lifecycle Data & Automation will support Customer Success and data platforms by cleaning and mapping account and subscription data, documenting Gainsight rules and failures, and assisting with AI Studio and process tooling under senior guidance.
Responsibilities
- Clean, validate, and map CSV/subscription data for Gainsight and related imports (formats, emails, dates)
- Build and maintain account/subscription bridge mappings (e.g. vendor product data → ERP)
- Investigate Gainsight rules with partial failures; document findings and propose fixes
- Assist with Gainsight dashboard/report hygiene and HealthScore learning alongside the team
- Research internal security/data-handling standards and draft reusable AI Studio skills or guides
- Complete platform onboarding (Evolve / Studio AI) and collaborate with stakeholders on assigned requests
Skills
- Clear written documentation; comfortable learning Gainsight and AI Studio with mentoring
- Detail-oriented, able to follow ticket scope and close work with status notes
- Interest in data quality, Excel/CSV, and SaaS admin tools; EasyMorph or similar ETL a plus
