Summary

Randstad is a staffing company that matches candidates with temporary, temporary-to-permanent, and permanent employment opportunities. The Healthcare Data Entry Specialist will remotely process member and provider claims, change requests, provider selections, terminations, and returned mail while meeting quality and productivity goals in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and process various change requests forms and doctor selection requests timely and accurately
• Key member and provider first-time claims while meeting 95% quality expectations and production goals
• Process provider termination requests by performing membership moves and initiating termination letter requests
• Manually process provider selections for members and track selection errors
• Retrieve and process all incoming returned mail
• Maintain high-volume production independently with no distractions in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 1+ years of data entry and high-volume keying experience required
• High attention to detail with technical proficiency, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Must have reliable internet speed (with a hotspot backup if needed) and the ability to work remotely without disruption in the CST time zone
