Summary
Recruiting from Scratch is representing a dynamic startup that is building a platform enabling users to create stunning AI-generated content effortlessly. The Fullstack Engineer will design and maintain features for the AI-powered platform, develop frontend interfaces, and collaborate with teams to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for an AI-powered content generation platform
- Develop responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using React and JavaScript
- Create and maintain robust backend services and APIs utilizing Python
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to rapidly ship user-facing features
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices
- Optimize application performance to support a growing global user base
- Work across the tech stack to debug issues, enhance reliability, and iterate quickly
Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and experience with JavaScript and React for modern frontend applications
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from database to UI
- Experience in fast-paced, product-driven engineering environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first team
- Experience building developer platforms, data tools, or AI infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data systems
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks beyond React
