Job description
Summary
Refactor Talent is seeking a Product Owner for a leading Property & Casualty Insurance organization on a contract basis. The role involves partnering with business leaders and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven workflow automation and enterprise software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and underwriting decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for a large enterprise transformation
- Translate business processes into implementation-ready user stories and requirements
- Partner with engineering, architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders throughout delivery
- Facilitate discovery sessions and identify workflow automation opportunities
- Refine requirements and support Agile delivery across multiple teams
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of Product Owner experience supporting Agile software teams
- Experience delivering enterprise technology implementations
- Strong backlog management, requirements gathering, and workflow analysis skills
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with AI-enabled automation or workflow platforms is highly preferred
Qualifications
