Job description

Summary

Seeking.com, operated by Reflex Media, is a premium dating platform headquartered in Las Vegas that focuses on fostering genuine relationships and advancing human connection through technology and product design. The Senior Product Manager will own the core experience across web and native mobile, including onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profiles, and subscriptions. The role combines roadmap strategy, hands-on prototyping and specification, experimentation, analytics, customer research, and agent-assisted product development.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the Seeking core experience across web and native mobile
  • Set North Star and input metrics, and hold the line on them
  • Make ruthless prioritization calls and defend them to the Head of Product, the CEO, and engineering leadership
  • Sketch, wireframe, and high-fidelity prototype features in Figma, Framer, or code before they touch the engineering backlog
  • Write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria clean enough that engineers using Claude Code can build directly from them
  • Use agent-assisted environments to produce real, testable artifacts inside a single sitting
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests on activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Instrument every feature with the data layer in mind from day one, using Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or comparable
  • Talk to members. Sit in on user interviews. Read the support tickets. Bring what you hear back into the roadmap
  • Advocate for the member in every trade-off conversation, and be able to defend the trade-off you did make
  • Build and refine agent workflows that let you produce at scale on your own
  • Contribute to a growing internal playbook so the whole product team compounds

Skills

  • * Referenceable shipping history. Specific features or products you owned end-to-end, with specific outcomes. If you cannot name the metric you moved and by how much, this is not the role for you
  • * Demonstrated ability to do the work, not just direct it. Recent product work where you personally drove the research, prototype, spec, and launch
  • * Strong UX and design sensibility. You can prototype, critique, and defend product design choices at the level of a product designer
  • * Daily, fluent use of agentic AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, MCP-based workflows, or comparable). You will be asked to demonstrate this in the interview
  • * Technical fluency. You read code, write SQL, understand APIs and data schemas, and have working knowledge of how modern consumer software is built and deployed
  • * Outstanding written communication. Specs, briefs, decision docs. Your writing should be a competitive advantage
  • * Systems thinking, business instincts (conversion, LTV, retention, monetization), and the ability to hold a strategy conversation with the founder without waiting to be handed the question
  • * At least one feature or product you personally led from concept through launch, with a measurable customer outcome you can quote
  • * Rising-star trajectory. You have been promoted quickly, taken on scope beyond your title, or shipped work that outpaces peers with more experience
  • * Comfortable owning a defined surface with mentorship from the Sr. PM and Head of Product
  • * Five or more years in product, with meaningful time at the Senior PM, Principal PM, Group PM, Tech Lead PM, or Founding PM level. Title-flexible, output-strict
  • * Multiple shipped products or features you owned end-to-end, with measurable outcomes you can quote
  • * Owns both execution and strategy. Sets standards, drives prioritization, and can defend a call to the Head of Product and CEO
  • * Comfortable being a mentor and reviewer as the product function scales
  • * Hands-on fluency with product and mobile analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or comparable). Native mobile experience on iOS and/or Android is strongly preferred
  • * Two to four years in product, product engineering, design engineering, or a comparable operator role, ideally with time in consumer B2C, mobile, or subscription businesses
  • * Prior experience in dating, social, marketplace, subscription, or other consumer-focused product categories
  • * Hands-on background in design, engineering, or data science, in addition to product
  • * Experience setting up local agent environments (custom orchestration, self-hosted MCP servers)
  • * Public work we can look at: a portfolio, prototypes, case studies, technical writing, or an agent toolkit you have shared
  • * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. An MBA or technical Master's is welcome but not required
