Responsibilities
- Supporting cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a cloud environment (AWS)
- Assisting in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency
- Contributing to the implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures
- Supporting documentation and operational procedures to ensure best practices
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives
- Supporting process improvements and automation efforts
- Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating as needed
Skills
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps tasks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS). have a foundational understanding of Cloud and DevOps tools and a proactive attitude toward operational support and automation
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Scripting skills in Python or Go
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD
- Have support and troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments
- Possess a proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows
- Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including system administration, command-line tools, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with continuous integration tools like Github Actions
Qualifications
