Summary
RightClick is seeking an Epic User Security Consultant to support and enhance their Epic environment, focusing on user access, security, and system optimization. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience eager to grow within the Epic ecosystem while contributing to critical security and user management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage user access within Epic, including importing and exporting user data
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provider records and user profiles
- Assess the current Epic environment and provide recommendations for improvements
- Support security configurations and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Create and maintain templates to improve efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing system enhancements
Skills
- Epic Security Certification required
- Experience with user provisioning, access controls, and security workflows in Epic
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with provider records
- Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
