Summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and maintain a platform that enables real-time, AI-assisted audience engagement and insights. The role involves writing high-quality code, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating with teams to enhance the platform's features.

Responsibilities

• Writing, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality code
• Leveraging AI tools like LLMs and coding assistants to accelerate development
• Identifying and resolving bugs efficiently with AI-augmented debugging
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build engaging features and integrate third-party APIs
• Implementing AI agents and workflows into the platform
• Supporting internal teams with engineering expertise and contributing to AI-first development practices
• Developing complex features and enhancing system architecture

Skills

• 3-5 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (3+ years) and Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or Rust (2+ years)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• 5+ years of experience
• AI agent development
• Python/Django
• Kubernetes/Docker
• React
• Knowledge of RAG patterns

Qualifications

Must Haves

• 3-5 years of software development experience
