They are seeking Software Engineers to take charge of the technical direction of the 4Insite Platform, build backend systems, and deliver AI-driven capabilities while mentoring engineers and optimizing databases.
Responsibilities
- Join a high‑velocity agile team where you’ll ship production features, influence design decisions, and help power scalable SaaS products used across the enterprise
- Take charge of the 4Insite Platform’s technical direction as you build high‑performance backend systems, optimize databases at scale, and deliver AI‑driven capabilities using Django, Python, SQL, and Postgres
- You’ll guide architecture, mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive cloud‑ready, scalable solutions across AWS and modern DevOps practices

- 3-8 years of experience
- Build high-performance backend systems
