Sales System Analyst

Summary

SCAN is a nonprofit health organization dedicated to improving care for older adults. The Sales System Analyst will facilitate system functionality and enhancements, resolve system issues, and develop sales reporting to support business processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain system performance Develop and maintains all reporting required to support the commission process including prepare the bonus and incentives This includes, but is not limited to, ongoing monitoring of the system, testing, and implementation of system enhancements Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Assist users with troubleshooting system issues, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions
• Facilitate data integrity of system with knowledge of business rules and processes
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics reporting
• Conduct ongoing analyses by sales channel, distribution, product, market Ad hoc reports as needed
• Maintain working knowledge of all CRM system capabilities, functions, user needs and business processes
• Assist in development of business requirements and operations requirements
• Support system implementations such as electronic enrollment, file transfers, commission interface, web-site links, data exchange, electronic agent contracts with contracted entities

• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
• PC Skills including: Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL
• Skills/Abilities including: technical expertise, debugging skills, problem-solving skills, design expertise
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
