Summary
Schneider Electric offers the Global Supply Chain Development Program, a three-year rotational experience for recent graduates beginning in January 2027. Participants complete three one-year rotations across U.S. manufacturing, distribution center, and corporate HUB locations, gaining hands-on experience in operations, engineering, and supply chain while receiving leadership training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Participants in either track will fast-track their careers through a variety of rotations across US Global Supply Chain locations
- Over three years, you’ll complete three job rotations—one year per location—gaining hands-on experience, building a broad skill set, and expanding your professional network
- Each rotation offers personalized development through leadership training, mentorship, and unique exposure to local, regional, and global teams

- * Bachelor's Degree in preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Occupational Safety, Business/Data Analytics or other related programs

- * Strong communication and leadership skills
