Job description
Summary
Seneca Resources is a staffing and consulting firm that seeks multiple Software Developer II professionals to support a federal program focused on advanced background investigation solutions. The role involves designing and developing secure, scalable data systems and optimizing full-stack applications in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET and Angular
- Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and database solutions
- Develop advanced T-SQL queries, including stored procedures, views, and triggers
- Create and support reporting solutions (SSRS) and data visualization components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
- Integrate legacy systems with modern cloud environments ensuring high availability and performance
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications and databases
- Document technical designs, data lineage, and system processes for compliance and transparency
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system improvements
Skills
- Active Top Secret Clearance (Required)
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant software development experience
- Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
- 5+ years of Angular development experience
- Experience developing custom web-based applications
- Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL development
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Front-end experience with JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, jQuery
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps / Azure DevOps for CI/CD and workload management
- Knowledge of data integration, system architecture, and API development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
